Products and prices
We try to show our products, colours and prices as accurately as we can. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in case of a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be fully refunded.

Orders and payment
You agree to give accurate order and payment details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Recording
You are responsible for using the camera in line with the laws and the rules of your league, school and venue, including any rules about filming other people.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Use of the site
You may not use our site for anything unlawful, or try to harm or disrupt it. The content on this site (text, photos and videos) may not be copied without permission.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, GameDayCam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies.
